What is the structural principle of plastic molds?
Plastic injection molding is a processing method for mass production of some unorganized parts. The specific principle is: the product is taken out from the closed cavity, and the mold removal line is in a horizontal relationship with the direction of movement. The raw material of the heated ablated plastic is pushed into the cavity of the plastic mold from the screw of the injection molding machine, and the plastic molded product is obtained after cooling and solidification. Due to the need or convenience of mold processing, the molded part is divided into several processed parts, or several small parts are inserted, except for the main cavity, the remaining materials are made into sub-parts. The circular entrance can be called the core.
The plastic mold is composed of two parts: a mobile mold and a fixed mold. The movable mold base is installed on the movable mold base of the injection molding machine, and the fixed mold base is installed on the fixed mold base of the injection molding machine. In injection molding, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form the gating system and cavity. Generally, as shown in the right picture, the mold moves along the end face of the R angle. Drawings are required, the bottom of the ribs is important, and the mold can be removed according to the method. When the mold is opened, the movable mold and the fixed mold are separated to take out the plastic products. Reinforcing ribs should be drawn. The scale in the picture is generally at right angles to inches. When disassembling, the ribs should be tilted first, and then the mold should be removed along the bottom of the ribs. Although the structure of the plastic mold may vary depending on the type and function of the plastic, the shape and structure of the plastic product, and the type of needle machine, the basic structure is the same.
