Injection Molded Part Design is a service provided by our Designer team to assist customers with creating, enhancing and optimizing plastic part designs for moldability, functionality and package performance.

2, DFM Analyze Service for Mold

Kayou's engineer team will always do free service on DFM anaysis report for each customer to ask custsomer's confirmation on 3D & 2D drawings on mold design. 

The DFM Report also called feasibility report. Study items including part specification, main parting line, gate way, draft angle anaysis, ejector system, part modification proposal.

Kayou always stand at customer's position and care the cost effective solutions for customer.

3, Qucik Detail of Medical Plastic Mold

Mold Name: Medical Plastics Injection Mould.

Mold Base: High precision mold base made from stress relieved high grade steel. All mold based are directly available in stock.

Mold Cavity: Different mold cavity steel canbe used for specific production of life. We can customized with different material of cavity steel as customer's requirements, nomally for the mold cavity, the steel material will be H13, NAK80, P20, 718, and so on.  

Mold Core: The upper half of the mold also called mold core, it it the same material as the mold cavity. With this mold core, the liquid plastics are injected and the plastic part will be moulded after the liquids are cooling down.
