What do we need for an mold inquiry?

1, Part drawings including 2D&3D drawings to indicates plastic material,tolerance,finish request and so on. 

2D drawing format: DWG or DXF file.

3D drawing format: STP/ X_T/ IGES /Solidwork/Proe/UG/CATIA and so on.

2, Mold cavity numbers.

Mold cavity will affect production capability of the plastic parts, How many pieces of parts do you want to produce in one cycle time? This question can be answered by how many pieces of cavity do you have in the mold. So it is same that how many cavity decide how many pieces of parts you will get in per cycle time. And finally, different quantity of cavity will have diferent price. So, we have to know how many cavity do you want in the mold, then we can have mold price for you.

3, Mold life.

Better quality steel will have higher cost but have longer mold life.

4, Cycle time.

If the volume is big, cycle time affect part price greatly.
