Mold Design

Once approval, we will start to manufacture mold. 

Mold Making

When we get approved on the DFM, we will start to purchase the all material and then start to make mold.

Process Report

While mold making, we will send process report every week. 

With email and photos.

Sample Trial Test

When the mold has been assembled, We will take it to molding machine and to test running. 

We will check the sample quality after test.

We will make sample test report for customer.

We will deliver the samples to customer for approval.

Production

When ouor samples get approved from customer, We will start production of plastic parts.

Packing and Delivery

When all products finish productions, we will help customer do packing job and arrange delivery.
