What conditions need to be met for plastic mold cooling water design

1. The margin of water transportation and the margin of product material level are generally not less than 10MM, and the design should be between 10MM-12MM as much as possible; the alloy mold is generally 25MM;

2. The design of the margin of water transportation and the margin of insert needle, thimble, cylinder and insert material position is as follows:

①. For inner molds below 200MM, the margin of water transportation and the margin of inserts, thimble, tube, and inserts are not less than 3.5MM:

②. For inner molds larger than 200MM-400MM, the margin of water transport and the margin of insert needle, thimble, cylinder and insert material position should not be less than 4MM;

③. For inner molds larger than 200MM-400MM, the margin of water transport and the margin of insert needle, thimble, cylinder and insert material position should not be less than 4MM;

④. For inner molds larger than 400MM-600MM, the margin of water transportation and the margin of insert needle, thimble, cylinder and insert material position should not be less than 5MM;

⑤, the inner mold is larger than 600MM, the margin of water transportation and the margin of insert needle, thimble, tube, and insert are not less than 8MM;

3. The water transport, gas cap, and oil pressure circuit are not less than 8MM;

Fourth, the water side and the mouth avoiding the air side are not less than 8MM:

Five, the water side and the inner mold side are not less than 10MM;

Six, the same direction distance design of water transportation and water transportation:

① When the two pipe joints are in the same direction, the closest distance between the centers is not less than 38MM;

② When the pipe joint and the throat plug are in the same direction, the closest distance between the center is not less than 25MM;

③ When the two throat plugs are in the same direction, the closest distance between the centers is not less than 20MM;

④ When the material level area of the large mold is large, the water transport distance in the same direction, the center distance is generally 60MM;

Seven, the gap between the groove edges of the water barrier rubber ring is not less than 2mm; the gap between the throat plug and the throat plug is not less than 5mm;

8. Generally, each water transport circuit does not exceed 8 spacers in series, (U.S. fisherman customers require no more than 6 spacers in series;)

9. When designing the cooling water for the insert, the closest distance between the water transport and the insert material level should be kept at 5mm; the water transport and the insert edge should not be less than 3.5mm.
